We would be happy to provide you with a free Invention Development Estimate. In order for us to provide you with the costs of our services we will need to know the details of your invention. The complexity of the product directly impacts the cost. (the cost to develop a thumb tack would be less than the cost to develop a nuclear submarine) We offer four phases of Invention Development:
  • Protection- First we conduct a Patent Search at the US Patent Office to be sure your invention is original and unique.
  • Conceptual Design and Engineering- In this phase we conceptually design the invention based on your direction and present it in the form of a drawing package. The package includes a computer-generated, color rendering, detail drawings, exploded views and dimensioned views. Also, these drawings can be used to obtain a Patent Pending status.
  • Prototype- Next we take the approved concept and fully engineer each part of the invention using a 3D CAD system. These 3D files are then used to produce prototype parts and build a working prototype.
  • Production- This phase takes your product into mass-production facilitating sales and distribution.

If you would like a free Invention Development Estimate, we will first need to complete a Confidentiality Agreement so we can openly discuss your Invention. Please email us at estimate@aiellodesign.com with the following information (this information will not be shared with anyone outside Aiello Designs):

  • Full Name
  • Mailing address
  • Email (please be sure our emails our accepted by your server)
  • Contact Phone Number (the best way to reach you)
  • Invention Category (examples- golf product, toy, tool, automotive, novelty, etc.)
  • For which of the 4 Phases listed above are you interested in receiving an estimate? (patent, design & engineering, prototype and/or production)
  • How would you like to provide the details of your Invention? (phone call, email, fax, other)
  • How did you find Aiello Designs? If the internet, which search engine? (Google, Yahoo, AOL, MSN, etc.)

Using this information we will put together a Confidentiality Agreement between you and Aiello Designs. The signed agreement will be emailed to you for your records. From there, we will be able to go over the details of your invention so we can put together an Invention Development Estimate for your review.
